Our Favorite Holiday Pies

When the fall and winter holidays roll around, we bake pies. Here are some of our favorites!
Apple Pie a la Zing
Cranberries and apples make a festive, flavorful pie.
Apple Walnut Upside-Down Pie
Nothing is as homey as the smell of an apple pie baking, and this pie looks and tastes like you have spent hours in the kitchen! Serve with steaming mugs of Nestlé Carnation hot cocoa for a great new family tradition.
Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch
Peanut butter and chocolate infuse these crunchy treats, but a chocolate topping sets them apart. It only takes a few minutes to whip these up for an after-school surprise.
Rich Mud Pie
A crowd-pleasing dessert sure to satisfy the cravings of many a sweet-tooth. Serve this rich pie with its chocolate chunk crust, coffee ice cream filling and whipped toppping at your next party.
Walnut Fudge Pie
This moist, dense walnut fudge pie is a chocolate lover`s dream.
Sweet Potato Pie
Although the pie is called "sweet potato," yams are traditionally used because of their sweeter flavor.
Brown Sugar Apple Pie
This pie can be made and frozen well ahead of time. When you bake it, serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
Walnut Crunch Pumpkin Pie
Try something a little different and totally indulgent the next time you bake pumpkin pie. For this one, a candied layer of walnuts is broiled on top of the creamy pie filling for an elegant version of the traditional holiday dessert.
Classic Pumpkin Pie
This is a classic version of the all-time favorite. Use your favorite crust or buy a prepared one from the supermarket. Either way, the creamy, pumpkin filling tastes absolutely delicious.
Apple Butterscotch Tart
Sweet butterscotch, brown sugar and cinnamon give this elegant apple tart a rich aroma and flavor. Perfect served warm with ice cream or whipped topping.
Pumpkin Almond Pie
The essence of almonds permeates Libby`s Pumpkin Almond Pie. Crunchy toasted almonds line the pie shell and later one finds them spooned over the top of the pie. Luscious, moist pumpkin adds contrast and flavor.
Pumpkin Dutch Apple Pie
A layer of crisp, crunchy apples topped with creamy pumpkin sprinkled with a crumble topping is just what the doctor ordered for those suffering from pumpkin-apple deficiency. Serve with a generous smile and slices of sharp Cheddar.
Pumpkin Pecan Pie
Pecans make a luscious pumpkin pie even better. Try this pumpkin-pecan duet this holiday season; it`s sure to satisfy the sweet-lovers at your table.
Pumpkin Mousse Ice Cream Pie
The crust is the only part of this elegant Pumpkin Mouse Ice Cream ensemble which is baked. Luscious filling made from a mixture of ice cream and pumpkin is chilled with a whipped cream topping.
Brown Sugar Apple Pie
This pie can be made and frozen well ahead of time. When you bake it, serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
Caramel Apple Pie
Combine delicious apples with the smoothness of caramel for a wonderful pie.
FamilyTime Pie Crust
This standard, classic pie crust is both tender and flaky and just a little sweet. For a savory dish, omit the sugar from the recipe. If you prefer, use a cup of butter or a cup of vegetable shortening instead of a combination of the two.
French Apple Cranberry Tart
This is an ideal fall dessert.
Lighter Libby's Pumpkin Pie
Egg whites make this pumpkin pie a little lighter than traditional pies. It's lovely and spicy, just right after a hearty holiday meal. Try it with a dollop of fat-free sour cream sweetened with a small amount of sugar for a special treat.
Pumpkin Pie
A traditional favorite made fuss-free with an easy pat-in-the-pan crust!
Secret Ingredient Sweet Potato Pie
What makes this sweet potato pie richer and more flavorful than the rest is a "secret" ingredient...a can of tomato soup.  You won't believe the difference this one ingredient makes.
