Pace® Grilled Skewered Shrimp
Sweet and spicy, shrimp grilled with a generous coating of Pace® Picante Sauce, brown sugar, tomato and lemon, can be eaten right off the grill! Make a pile of these delicious grilled shrimp, as they'll disappear quickly.

Cook Time: 20 minutes


2/3 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
3 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. Lemon juice
1 1/2 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined

MIX picante sauce, tomato sauce, sugar and lemon juice. Add shrimp and toss to coat.

THREAD shrimp on 12 skewers. Reserve picante sauce mixture.

GRILL shrimp 10 min. or until done, turning and brushing often with reserved picante sauce mixture. Discard remaining picante sauce mixture.
