Baja Bread
Crisp and cheesy Texas toast is topped with refried beans, sour cream, green onions and chunky salsa to make irresistible appetizers for your next party or buffet.
Serves: 6 servings

Cook Time: 2 minutes


1 package (9.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Mozzarella Monterey Jack Texas Toast, prepared according to package directions
6 tablespoons refried beans
sour cream
Chopped green onion
Pace® Chunky Salsa 

Keep the oven at 425°F.  Leave the toasts on the baking sheet.  Spread 1 tablespoon beans on each toast.

Bake for 2 minutes or until the beans are hot. Top with the sour cream, onion and salsa.
