1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. mushrooms (recommended: cremini or white button)
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 buns




Finely dice mushrooms or pulse in food processor. Sautee with 1 tbsp. olive oil in skillet Remove from heat and let cool for 5 mins.
Blend ground beef, mushrooms and salt and form 4 patties. With 1 tbsp. olive oil, cook patties in pan on med/high heat until desired color (approx. 10 mins each side for well done). Plate and add desired toppings.

Topping Recommendations: Feta Cheese, Romesco Sauce, Mama Lil's Sweet Peppers, and Sautéed Red Onions.
