Fast and Easy Linguini and Clam Sauce
A delicious garlic and oil clam sauce with a little

Cook Time: 20 minutes


3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup minced garlic, from a jar
1 can minced clams
1 can chopped clams
1 tbsp parsley
few shakes crushed red pepper
1 lb. linguini

Begin with bringing the water to a boil for the pasta. Watch the water as you begin the sauce. Add pasta when the water boils and the sauce and pasta will be done approximately at the same time.

In a large skillet, saute garlic in olive oil. Allow garlic to begin to brown. Quickly add clams, one with complete canned juice and drain the other. Add parsley and red pepper.

Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss evenly, and you are ready to serve!
