Quick Vegetable Rice Soup
Serves: 4

Cook Time: 25 minutes


2 cans (14 ounces each) Swanson® Chicken Broth
1 medium carrot, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
1 stalk celery, coarsely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup uncooked long grain rice

In medium saucepan mix broth, carrot and celery. Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil. Stir in rice. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 20 min. or until rice is done, stirring occasionally.
