Strawberry Melba
A wonderful blend of raspberries and strawberries!
Serves: 6
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: none


1 package (10 ounces) raspberries, frozen
1 pound strawberries, sliced
1 pint raspberry sorbet

Defrost the raspberries and puree them in a blender or food processor.

Strain to remove the seeds.

Divide the strawberries between six dessert bowls.

Place a scoop of sorbet on top of the berries and spoon the raspberry sauce over the sorbet.
