Creamy Frozen Fruit Salad
This fruit salad is great for an appetizer or a dessert.

2 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 banana, sliced
1 can (8 1/2 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup maraschino cherries
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Blend sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a 1-quart mold or 6 individual cupcake papers in muffin tin. Place in freezer until firm. Serve on crisp lettuce with mayonnaise, if desired.
