2 tablespoon green onion, minced
2 tablespoon celery, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, or 1 teaspoon of dry drill
1 teaspoon cooking oil
2 tablespoon apple jelly
1/4 cup prepared horseradish
4-6 small new potatoes, pared and quartered
1/2 pound green beans, trimmed and cut

Cook the onions, celery in the hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes or until soft. Add the dill and apple jelly and stir until the jelly melts. Stir in the horseradish, cover, and set aside to keep warm.

Cook the potatoes and beans separately in boiling salted water until just tender. Begin with the potatoes, as they require 12 to 15 minutes to cook. The beans cook in 3 to 4 minutes. Drain. Toss with the horseradish mixture and serve at once.
