Make-Ahead Brownie Mix, (search for our recipe)
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans




Combine all ingredients, stirring until well mixed. Spoon into greased and floured 8-inch square pan. Bake in preheated 350 F oven 35-40 minutes.

Variations:

Brownies Jubilee: Bake recipe of Quick and Easy Brownies in a 9-inch round cake pan. Cut into pie-shaped wedges. Top each wedge with one scoop of vanilla ice cream. Spoon cherry pie filling on top.

Brownie Parfait: Bake recipe of Quick and Easy Brownies and cut into half-inch squares. In parfait glasses, layer squares between spoonfuls of vanilla custard. Top with whipped cream and a strawberry.
