6 ounces American Spoon Wild Blackberry Preserves, Wild Elderberry Jelly, or Wild Grape Jelly
2 tablespoons ground black pepper, (coarsly ground)
4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 quart brown gravy, (meat)




Place the preserves or jelly and pepper in a heavy-bottomed sauce pan. Cook over moderate heat until it thickens and begins to caramelize. Add the vinegar, stirring with a wooden spoon. Cook for 4 minutes. Add brown meat gravy. Simmer. Serve with any variety of game or game birds.
