Quick, and good. I used turkey meat and it was terrific. I also plan on trying this recipe with zucchini and mushrooms, making it a "veggie" recipe...any veggies of your choosing could be used. Thx for another FABULOUS recipe!

I left out the olives added a can of drained corn a jar of salsa and instead of corn I used flour tortillas and have had rave reviews from family and friends. I have made it for family get togethers and have given out 9 copies the new way.

Extremely easy to make and very visually appealing when it came out of the oven. The kids gave it a quizzical look until they tried it. The taste was fantastic, not too spicy, yet not bland. The second time that I made it, nobody left to go eat elsewhere. This is one of the best ideas that I've gotten from this site so far.

I too eliminated the olives. Instead I used a can of drained yellow corn and also a drained can of black beans. I added salsa on top layer just before putting the cheese on top. It was great....the family loved it so it's a keeper.

This was so yummy, even my pre-school daughter liked it. I couldn't find corn tortillas so I used flour ones. It was fine. I can't wait to eat it again.

Sooooooo good!

I would use chicken, but it is good and easy.
