Very flavorful - used Sobu noodles to up the protein intake - worked very well. I would add snow peas to this in the future to add more veggies.

I used shrimp instead of scallops and it was delicious! A meal elegant enough for company. Thank you for sharing it with me.

Haven't tried it yet but will. Never heard of it.

JUST what I had in mind today too! This recipe is not only simple, but easy to do! Great combination of flavors, served on a bed of lettuce with balsamic vinegar today! As needed to lessen the carbs, but on the plain Chinese noodles (made from salt and water) this would be more than OK :)
