Cook Time:
40 minutes
1 cups chicken broth
2 cups cooked chicken, cut into cubes
2 cups ham, cut into cubes
3 cups cooked vegetables
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 pastry sheet, thawed
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Combine the chicken, ham and vegetables in a bowl. Heat the butter in a saucepan until hot and bubbling. Stir in the flour and add the chicken broth gradually, stirring to form a smooth sauce. Simmer until the sauce has thickened and reduced slightly, about 15 minutes. Combine the sauce with the ingredients in the bowl. Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch baking dish.
Unfold the pastry sheet. Place it over the filling and trim the excess with a knife. Press the edge of the pastry with a fork. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
