Cheesy Taco Meat Loaf It takes just 10 minutes and four ingredients to put together this scrumptious meat loaf...and when it comes out of the oven you've got two family favorites, tacos and meat loaf, combined into one tasty dish! 2 pounds Ground Beef 1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Picante Sauce 1 cup crushed tortilla chips 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese Thoroughly mix the beef, 2/3 cup picante sauce and tortilla chips in a large bowl. Place the beef mixture into a 3-quart shallow baking pan and shape into an 8 x 4-inch loaf. Bake at 350°F. for 1 hour or until the meat loaf is cooked through. Sprinkle the meat loaf with the cheese. Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Heat the remaining picante sauce in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat to a boil. Serve the sauce with the meat loaf.
