Strawberry Vinaigrette
The sweetness of strawberry preserves is balanced with a little balsamic vinegar and mustard in this easy-to-make salad dressing that is so much better than bottled.
Serves: 20 servings (about 2 tablespoons each)

1 cup Smucker’s® sugar free strawberry preserves
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup water

Beat the preserves, vinegar, mustard and pepper in a medium bowl with a fork or whisk until blended.
Gradually whisk in the olive oil and water.
