Tex-Mex Toasts
Easy to make and absolutely delish, this appetizer features Texas Toast topped with refried beans, sour cream, chopped green onions and salsa.
Serves: 6 servings
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 2 minutes


1 package (9.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Mozzarella Monterey Jack Texas Toast, baked according to package directions
6 tablespoons refried beans
6 tablespoons Pace® Chunky Salsa
6 tablespoons sour cream
1 medium green onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)

Spread 1 tablespoon refried beans on each toast slice. Bake in the heated 425°F. oven for 2 minutes or until the refried beans are hot.
Top the toast slices with the salsa, sour cream and green onion.
