Chicken and Bean Nachos

1 package (10 oz.) PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Original Roasted Carved Chicken Breast
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, pink or red, rinsed and drained
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 envelope (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
1/2 bag (15 oz.) tortilla chips
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

In a medium saucepan, stir together chicken, beans, tomatoes and seasoning mix. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 3 minutes. Arrange tortilla chips in a 10-inch pie plate; spoon chicken mixture over chips. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil under a preheated broiler 1 to 2 minutes until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
