2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
3/4 pound asparagus
1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
1 can black beans
1/2 cup water
1 package ORTEGA® 8 Burrito Dinner Kit
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup Queso Fresco

HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat; add asparagus and bell pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until asparagus is crisp tender. Add beans, water and burrito seasoning; cover. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Divide filling among warm tortillas; top with walnuts, cheese and salsa.
