1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package (2.8 oz.) NESTLÉ ® EUROPEAN STYLE® Mousse Mix
1 container caramel ice cream topping, for garnish

LINE 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan with foil.

COMBINE cream cheese, 1/4 cup caramel topping and vanilla extract in small mixer bowl. Beat on medium speed for about 1 minute or until creamy. Spread into prepared loaf pan.

PREPARE mousse mix according to steps 1 and 2 of package directions. Spread over cream cheese layer. Freeze for about 1 hour or until mousse is firm. Invert terrine onto serving platter; carefully remove foil. Cut into slices; drizzle with additional caramel topping.
