1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 lb. skinless, Boneless Chicken breasts, cut into cubes
3/4 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) whole peeled tomatoes, cut up
1 can (about 15 ounces) kidney beans, drained
1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
sour cream, for garnish
Chopped cilantro, for garnish
Chopped avocado, for garnish

In medium saucepan over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often. Pour off fat.

Add picante sauce, chili powder, tomatoes, beans and corn. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Garnish with sour cream, cilantro and avocado.
