1 box angel food cake mix, (any brand is fine, recommend Duncan Hines)
1 22 oz (or thereabouts) can crushed pineapple
For glaze, if desired
2 tbsp fat free milk
2 tbsp sugar

Add crushed pineapple, juice and all, to the angel food cake mix. DO NOT ADD ANYTHING ELSE, even ingredients on the back of the angel food cake mix box. Hand mix well (you want pineapple lumps in this!) for about 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. Pour into a bundt cake pan and bake according to the directions on the angel food cake box. Invert and remove cake from pan to cool.

For the glaze, melt sugar into the milk on top of the stove; stir until it thickens a little. Drizzle over the top of the cake.

The cool thing about this recipe, other than being really easy, delicious, and completely fat-free, is that you can easily adjust for other fruit, etc. I suggest adding chopped maraschino cherries, canned oranges, or coarse applesauce for other variations. And -- it`s a real winner for a take-in dessert or treat at the office.
