1 lb. ground beef
1 can 10 3/4 oz. tomato soup
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 can kidney beans, drained
1/4 cup Minute rice, uncooked

Cook beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat
Add soup, water, garlic, pepper, beans and rice.
Heat to boil
Cover and cook over low heat and let stand for 5 min.
Spoon about 1/2 cup meat mixture down center of each tortilla.
Fold tortilla around filling.
