Lemon Broccoli Pasta

1 tablespoon Butter
1 green onion, sliced (about 1/4 cup)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lemon
2 cups Swanson® Natural Goodness® Chicken Broth
ground black pepper
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
3 cups uncooked capellini (angel hair pasta)
1/3 cup low-fat sour cream
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Heat the butter in a 4-quart saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Grate 1 1/2 teaspoons zest from the lemon. Stir the broth, lemon zest and pepper in the saucepan and heat to a boil. Stir in the broccoli and capellini and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 4 minutes or until the capellini is tender, stirring often.
Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the sour cream and mix well. Let the pasta mixture stand for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with the cheese.
