The combination of chocolate, marshmallow and pecans make these treats a delicious treasure.
Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
In the top of a double boiler set over barely simmering water, melt the chocolate and butter, stirring until smooth. Remove from the heat and set aside.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the eggs and sugar until light. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture and beat on medium-low speed until smooth. Add the vanilla and beat to mix.
Remove the bowl from the mixer and using a wooden spoon, stir in the marshmallows and pecans. Drop by small teaspoonfuls on the wax paper. Let the chocolates harden before eating. Store in an airtight container.
