Potato Kabobs with Cheese Sauce
Better than cheese fries, these grilled potatoes have great flavor, that is highlighted when they're served with a simple cheese sauce.

6 medium russet potato
|
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
|
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
|
1/3 cup milk
|

Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Cut each half crosswise into 4 pieces, making 48 in all. Thread the potatoes on 6 skewers. Brush the potatoes with the oil. Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium. Grill the potatoes for 30 minutes or until tender, turning over once halfway through grilling. Heat the soup and milk in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally. Serve the soup mixture over the potatoes.
