Chicken Stew

Swanson® Chicken Stock or 3 1/2 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth
|
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
|
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
|
2 medium carrots, peeled and sliced (about 1 cup)
|
1 large potato, peeled and cut into cubes (about 1 1/3 cups)
|
1/2 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
|
1 can (15.75 ounces) Campbell's® Pork and Beans
|
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
|

Heat the broth in a 4-quart saucepan over medium heat to a boil. Stir in the garlic powder, black pepper, carrots, potato and rice. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender. Stir in the beans and chicken and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
