Vegetable cooking spray
2 cups broccoli florets
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
beef top round steak, 3/4 inch thick (about 1 pound), sliced into thin strips or 1 boneless beef sirloin steak
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Fat Free Beef Gravy
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup regular long-grain white rice, cooked according to package directions without salt (about 3 cups)

Spray a 10-inch skillet with the cooking spray and heat over medium heat for 1 minute. Add the broccoli and onion and stir-fry until they're tender-crisp. Remove the vegetables from the skillet and set aside. Remove the skillet from the heat. Spray with the cooking spray. Increase the heat to medium-high. Add the beef in 2 batches and stir-fry until it's well browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. Stir the gravy, soy sauce and garlic powder in the skillet and heat to a boil. Return the vegetables and beef to the skillet and cook until the beef mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve the beef mixture over the rice. Helper: To make slicing easier, freeze the beef for 1 hour.
