Fiesta Chicken and Rice

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Chicken Broth
1 cup water
1/2 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped (about 2 cups)
1 cup frozen peas
2 green onion, sliced (about 1/4 cup)
2 cups cubed cooked chicken




Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the rice and cook and stir until the rice is browned.
Stir the broth, water, picante sauce and cumin in the skillet.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Stir the tomatoes, peas, onions and chicken in the skillet. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the rice is tender.
