Southwestern Tostadas
Picante seasoned beef fills tender fried biscuits to make these tasty, two-fisted tostadas served with your favorite southwestern toppings.

1 pound Ground Beef
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Picante Sauce
1 package (about 17 ounces) refrigerated, large-size Biscuit
Vegetable Oil
Assorted Toppers : guacamole, shredded lettuce, chopped onion, chopped tomato and/or shredded Cheddar cheese
Pace® Chunky Salsa 

Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it's well browned, stirring often to break up meat. Stir the cumin, garlic powder and picante sauce in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 10 minutes.
Roll or pat the biscuits into 7-inch rounds on a lightly floured surface.
Heat 1/2-inch of oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat to 375°F. Fry each round for 1 minute or until it's golden brown, turning once. Drain the rounds on paper towels.
Divide the beef mixture evenly among the fried rounds. Top with the Assorted Toppers and salsa.
