Spicy Picante Pork Sandwiches
Shredded pork is doused with spicy picante sauce, then tucked into sandwich rolls with crunchy coleslaw, to make mouthwatering sandwiches in just 25 minutes.

3 cups shredded cooked pork
1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Picante Sauce
6 Pepperidge Farm® Sandwich Buns with Sesame Seeds
1 cup deli or homemade coleslaw

Stir the pork and picante sauce in a 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
Divide the pork mixture evenly among the buns and top with the coleslaw.
Helper: Shredded cooked pork is made by simmering pork chops or a pork roast until it's very tender. Cool the pork slightly and pull apart with two forks.
