1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)

3/4 cup water

8 skinless, boneless chicken breast half (about 2 1/2 pounds)
|
8 sheets (12 x18-inches each) heavy-duty aluminum foil
|
2 medium carrots, sliced (about 1 cup)
|
1 large onion, sliced (about 1 cup)
|
1 medium potato, thinly sliced (about 1 cup)
|
1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
|

Heat the oven to 450°F. Stir the soup and water in a medium bowl and set aside. Place 1 chicken breast half onto each sheet of foil. Season the chicken as desired. Spoon 1/4 cup soup mixture onto each chicken breast half. Evenly divide the carrots, onion, potato on top of the chicken and top each with 1/2 tablespoon butter. Fold 2 sides of foil together over the chicken and double fold, leaving room for the heat to circulate. Double fold the ends to seal the packet. Repeat with the remaining packets. Place the packets onto a baking sheet. Bake the packets for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Carefully open the packets to serve. Alternate Preparation: The packets can also be grilled. Heat the grill to medium-high and assemble packets as directed. Place the packets on the grill rack. Close the grill and grill for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Ingredient Note: We develop our recipes using a 4-to 5-ounce skinless, boneless chicken breast half per serving. However, there are a range of sizes available in-store, from the butcher counter to the meat case and the freezer section. Use whichever you prefer- just follow the recipe as written above for the best result. If you're using larger chicken breasts they may require a little longer cooking time.
