1 3/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast half
1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Picante Sauce

Place the chicken in 12 x 8 x 2-inch shallow, nonmetallic dish or resealable plastic bag. Add 1 cup picante sauce and turn chicken to coat. Cover the dish or seal the plastic bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium. Remove the chicken from the marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Grill the chicken for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning the chicken halfway through grilling and brushing often with 1/2 cup additional picante sauce. Serve the chicken with the remaining picante sauce. Ingredient Note: We develop our recipes using a 4-to 5-ounce skinless, boneless chicken breast half per serving. However, there are a range of sizes available in-store, from the butcher counter to the meat case and the freezer section. Use whichever you prefer- just follow the recipe as written above for the best result. If you're using larger chicken breasts they may require a little longer cooking time.
