Creamy Fruit Smoothie
Dry milk adds texture and protein without fat or a lot of calories. Try this easy concoction with your favorite fruit: strawberries, blackberries, bananas, kiwi, peaches or cherries, for example.
Serves: 4 cups

3 cups fruit, fresh, frozen, unsweetened or canned (drained)
1 1/3 cups (3.2 oz. envelope) NESTLÉ ® Carnation ® Nonfat Dry Milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons granulated sugar, (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

PLACE all ingredients in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

For a tropical taste sensation, follow directions using a mixture of mango, papaya and pineapple to make up 3 cups fruit. Makes about 4 cups.
