Easy Spinach Dip Wreath
You won't go wrong with this super-easy dip presented in a hollowed-out loaf of bread. Garnishes of rosemary, cherry tomatoes, cranberries and red peppers make it irresistibly festive.

1 round loaf (about 9 inches in diamter) sourdough bread
1 1/2 cups spinach dip
rosemary sprigs, if desired
Miniature red or yellow cherry tomatoes, if desired
cranberries, if desired
Red bell pepper pieces, if desired

1. Cut and hollow out a 3-inch-wide ring on top of bread loaf. Remove enough bread to leave 1/2 inch on the bottom of the loaf. Leave the center of the loaf intact. Reserve the scooped-out bread.
2. Click here for Spinach Dip recipe. Spoon as much spinach dip as you can into the hollowed-out ring. If there is any leftover, reserve it to refill the loaf.
3. Arrange rosemary sprigs around outer edge of the bread loaf to resemble a wreath. Decorate the wreath with with cherry tomatoes and cranberries. Cut the red pepper into a "bow" and arrange it on the wreath. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time.
4. Tear the remaining loaf of bread into bite-size pieces. Use torn bread and reserved scooped-out bread for dipping.
