Orange Coconut Cream Bars

1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup M&M's"® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Baking Bits
2 teaspoons grated orange zest
1 large egg
One 14-ounce can Eagle® Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk, (not evaporated milk)
1 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
One 18.25 ounce package yellow cake mix
3/4 cup chopped nuts

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch (330mm x 230mm x 50mm) baking pan and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, nuts, oats, butter, and egg until ingredients are thoroughly moistened and mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Reserve 1 cup (240ml) mixture. Firmly press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan. Bake 10 minutes.

Combine Eagle® Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated milk) and orange zest. Spread over the baked base.

Combine the reserved crumb mixture, coconut and "M&M's"® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Baking Bits. Sprinkle evenly over the Eagle®: Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk mixture and press in lightly.

Continue baking for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely and then cut into bars. Store in a tightly covered container.
