Low-Fat Chili Cheese Fries

1 can Hormel Vegetarian Chili with Beans, (or substitute the turkey variety)
12 oz. (or about 68 pieces) frozen crinkle-cut french fries
cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, or other topping of your choice

Salt and bake the french fries for 20-25 minutes at 450 on an ungreased baking sheet until crisp and golden.

Heat the chili in the microwave (covered) for 3-1/2 to 4 minutes.

Divide the fries between two plates, then spread the chili over the fries. Top with cottage cheese, shredded cheese, or other toppings if desired.
