2 cans (8 ounces) Hunt`s® tomato sauce
1 cup water
2 tablespoons Gebhardt® chili powder
3 cups (12 ounces) cooked shredded chicken
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
12 white corn tortillas, (6 inches each)
3 cups (12 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
PAM® Original Non-stick cooking spray

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine tomato sauce, water, and chili powder in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, uncovered, 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, place chicken, onion, and 1 tablespoon water in large nonstick skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until the onion softens.
Wrap tortillas in moist paper towels. Place on microwave-safe plate; heat in microwave on HIGH power for 45-60 seconds or until warm and softened. Remove from oven; keep wrapped.
Fill each tortilla with 2 tablespoons cheese and 1/4 cup chicken mixture. Roll up; place seam side down in 13x9x2-inch baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Pour sauce evenly over pan; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese melts and sauce is bubbling.
